Project Description
A successful and effective "Mind Matters" program has been organized with the support of various clubs in the valley, including the Rotary Club of Hetauda. A Holistic Approach to Mental Wellbeing” mental health awareness program on 23rd May, 2026 at Rotary Bhawan, Thapathali.
The program featured eminent speakers from the fields of psychology and mental health, including Psychologist Pujan Sharma, Dr. Pradeep Pandey, Dr. Suraj Shakya, and Dr. Namrata Pandey. The event saw participation from various personalities, youth, students, and healthcare professionals.
The program aimed to raise awareness about mental health in the community and provided positive energy, inspiration, and useful knowledge to the participants.
The Ton Media Group provided special media support, enhancing the program’s reach and impact. This symposium is jointly organized by RC Kathmandu, RC Kathmandu Metro, RC Hetauda, RC Balaju, RC Kathmandu Circle, RC Kathmandu Height, RC Gongabu, RC Matribhumi Baluwatar and RC Godawari.
