Project Description
2nd Open Art Painting competition program has been organized jointly with the Rotaract Club of Hetauda at the initiative of the Rotary Club of Hetauda. Students from various schools and other painting enthusiasts participated enthusiastically in the program. Participants in the competition created paintings with their creative abilities, artistic talents and social message.
The painting competition will play an important role in revealing the hidden talents of children and developing creative thinking. Rotary has also been continuously contributing to the field of talent development of children along with education, health and social services.
Naveen Rai, who won the first place in the competition, received a prize of Rs. 8,000. Similarly, Raghav Rai and Sabina Rai, who won the second and third places, received Rs. 5,000 and Rs. 2,000 respectively. The best five participants at the school level in the competition were given a material purchase coupon worth Rs. 500 as a consolation prize from the Art Lab Shop located in Hetauda-4, Parijatpath. The consolation prize recipients are Sandeep Ghalen, Bidhan Pakuwal, Saju Yadav, G. Bikram and Abhishek Baniya.
The event was attended by a significant number of parents, teachers, Rotary members and local personalities.
